I wasn’t going to run today, and then I hopped on Tumblr and I just couldn’t resist. It was a hard and hot run, but I did it!

Running without music again, it’s a little hard to keep my pace, but I have done it before and I can do it again. It was extremely hot today but well worth it. How was everyone’s weekend?

Been watching lost all day (I’m officially addicted, and I know I’m late to the lost party) but I have also been working out as I watch it. Got through so much. Working out tomorrow early in the morning.

Wow I’m still very sore. Didn’t have my best run, but it’s better than nothing. Need to get out of this 2-3 mile run rut. This coming week I will have at least 2 5 mile runs I promise!

Had a great day at the gym today. It was a bicep and back day today. Sore as hell and I still managed to get a run in. Need to keep this up. Also very excited that I got a new place to live.

Had a great leg workout yesterday, now I can’t walk. It has been over a year and a half since I’ve lifted like that. I can’t wait to see how it affects my running.

I just crushed a 3 mile run this morning. I forgot how much strength training affects your running game. It felt great and fast! Good way to kick off the summer.
